QUESTIONNAIRE:

How important is loyalty to you? What does it take to earn your loyalty? What extents are you willing to go through to maintain loyalty, and respect the loyalty others might have invested in you?

IC Answer:
Loyalty doesn't mean a lot but at the same time can mean everything in my line of work, so to answer it simply, very important though probably not in the way you might think. I try to find out who or what someone is loyal to so I can find out if I can give them even a small particle of trust or if I can trust them to stab me in the back. Knowing what someone would do or not do helps prevent things from going pear shaped.
Now, earning my loyalty is pretty simple - just don't give me a reason to shot you in the back of your head and I won't do the same to you. Easy, yeah?

Your Faction leader, not just your boss but the leader, has asked you to carry out a hit. The target is a non-affiliated public leader, well-liked by the people of the city. Do you carry it out? Why or why not?

IC Answer:
You're asking if an infamous hitman will carry out a hit or not?......Sure. Orders from the top, after all. Can't exactly say no and not expect consequences.

OOC Explanation:
On paper Bishop would do it, but he'll do it his way. He'll find out if the hit is justifiable by his standards, meaning if the person is truly evil with crimes deserving of punishment. If they are, he'd carry out the hit without a problem, but if they're not then he'll simply not carry it out and may even warn the person or help them escape because of his oath to only kill those who are evil, those who prey on the weak and harm the innocent. If his actions cause him grief, he won't mind as long as his sense of righteousness is followed through.

An oni of the Shuten Clan has gone completely berserk, and is going on a violent rampage through the city. You can't stop him, but you CAN lead him elsewhere, but you only have two choices: a road by a discotheque with a large crowd in front, or the nearby park that you do not know is unoccupied, and may have children present. What do you choose, and why?

IC Answer:
[ He pauses to give the situation some thought, dealing with situations like that is his specialty as a STRIKE agent. ]

....The park would be the safest option. Leading it into a crowd guarantees casualties, at least three or four if its particularly large and vicious. Even if there is a chance for there to be kids there, chances are they're with parents who can shuffle them off. The attention of the oni would be focused on me as well so the odds of it disengaging would be slim. Also, who the hell wouldn't hear a big rampaging fuck off oni heading towards them and NOT run away?

What is the most frightening thing you've ever done? What part of you did it test the most?

OOC Explanation:
Bishop would never answer this question under normal circumstances but, the most frightening thing he has ever done was run. The day his team was betrayed and were killed in action, being told to run and live was the most difficult thing he's ever had to do. He knew very little of living a normal life and was committed to living and dying as a spy, but Queen had  prevented this with her sacrifice, leaving him alone to find what it means to live as a person away from the chaos of combat. This terrified him as his source of guidance had perished and had to fend for himself for the first time since he lost his parents, and he was not prepared to have the weight of the future thrust upon him. It really pushed him to find the strength to live and find meaning in his life even with his sins, to make something of the sacrifice of his comrades, and make a future for himself despite this weight on his shoulders. Ultimately, he had to learn to make decisions for himself and bear their consequences after living a life of having his decisions made for him.

POWERS & ABILITIES: Here

SUITABILITY: Bishop is an ex-gov't assassin and spy, so dealing with darker themes around violence and crime, especially with him having some oretty severe crimes in his ledger. Before that he's also had to deal with seeing his world being cast into the apocalypse and becoming a child soldier in a desperate world. His time after being a spy and turning into a hitman and wandering demon slayer exposed him to the hardship of the average survivors and those who were less fortunate, listening to their stories of loss and desperation just to see another day. This freedom and understanding makes him often take the situation into his hands, bending or breaking the law if needed just so he can help those he meets on his travels, and with his pseudo immortality he's resigned himself to see the darkest sides of humanity more than once.

FACTION SUITABILITY:

Shuten Clan : Bishop has lives his entire life fighting and while he has gotten a taste of a normal life, he knows that his place is on a battlefield somewhere fighting for the happiness and life of someone who deserves it. That being said, he was trained in various martial art disciplines, such as krav maga, aikido, okinawan martial arts, kenjutsu, and ninjitsu, and because of this he's developed a like for combat from a competative sense. He takes genuine pleasure in being able to put his skills to the test and besting foes in fair fights if there's nothing on the line, although he does enjoy it when he actually kills and demon or evil person.

Tamamo Clan : While he takes care of his looks and generally stays neat and presentable, he's never used these for personal reasons. For some missions,  yes, he's used his charm and looks to draw his targets in but the thought of sex and searching for a partner - even one night stands - don't really cross his mind. Not to mention he doesn't particularly think himself as attractive because of the scars all across his body, particularly the set along his back where a large demon had gripped him with both hands and its fingers dug into his body leaving ten scars an inch in diameter. He does enjoy cooking, trying new ingredients and making new dishes, learning new recipes, and sharing that with others. He's had tons of experience working in various restaurants and shops making him a great all round chef, baker, and barista, and if he hadn't returned to the frontlines of the Revelations war he would have opened his own restaurant.

Sutoku Alliance : Bishop is clever and cunning but would prefer to use that knowledge for combat or assassination.  Business is not really one of his worries as he always has money stored away somewhere and as long as demons exist or someone wants another person dead, he will always have employment. The only instance he'd show anykind of interest in business is if he had his own restaurant since it aligns with his interests, and he's a great source of information with his diverse culinary knowledge if they ever wanted to break into the cooking business.

Department of the Enma : Justice in whatever form is what Bishop dedicates his whole life to, even when he was still a naive kid. Punishing evil and bringing relief to people or saving them, this is what he lives for though his brand of justice usually puts him on the opposite side of the law - often taking things into his own hands. However, despite his vigilanteism, he has no qualms working alongside the law if he can but greatly, he just dislikes being told what he can and can't do and how to carry out his justice.
